Seriously, I have the best comic wife ever (’comic wife’ being the term used to describe a cartoonist’s girlfriend or wife who helps out the cartoonist, with ‘comic husband’ being used to describe the boyfriends and husbands of cartoonists)! She did an awsome job coloring in my SPX exclusive mini ‘8 Pages of Monsters Doing Everyday Things’ and also cut, folded, and rounded the corners of the book. They look great. She also rounded corners and velcroed over 50 copies of Zak and Sara. She made many yummy cupcakes and pigs in a blanket for my fold n’ staple party. And don’t even get me started on the business cards and sign she made, as well as the ghost car press logo. They are fucking AWESOME! She knows her shit, yo. To say it again: Amy is awesome.
There is no way I could be ready for SPX if it wasn’t for her.
We are going to make a minicomic together sometime soon, so she’ll go from comic wife to full fledged cartoonist. Look for that soon. It will be awesome I am sure.

Oh, I want to bring her. Actually, one of the people in my ride dipped out last minute so Amy said she’d go in their place if we couldn’t find anyone else. Sadly we found someone else who had been looking for a ride for months, so she didn’t get to go. But yes, hopefully next year.
