inkdick: january 14 2009 the big idea
I’ve had this idea in my head for a long time. Like, a really long time. I’m not going to say what it is about here online because a) the more I talk about it at this stage the more likely I’ll never finish it and b) I don’t want to give this idea away. The whole concept of the long format graphic novel scares the piss out of me. Especially since this would be my first graphic novel ever. I mean, if I actually get it done it will be a year or more of work put into one book. And if it gets done there is no promise that it will get picked up and published. But I like this idea I have. I think it might have a shot at something if I just polish it up a bit. I’m going to finish the script over the next month or so and work on character designs and see where I go from there.

Neil, I don’t have a lot of my stuff up online, save what I posted in the past on my livejournal (rockettonic.livejournal.com). BUT I am currently working on getting the rest of ghostcarpress.com up and off the ground, complete with a portfolio of my work and hopefully a store. So fingers crossed that I get that done sometime in the next few months.
