inkdick: january 17 2009 running into kevin
Ran into Kevin. Made me realize that I’m a pretty shitty friend. I haven’t really hung out with any friends except Amy for a long, long time. Since mid-December. It’s not the fault of my friends, it’s mine. I never make the effort. I’ve never been good at just “hanging out” with friends. Guess that was never a skill set I picked up in my youth. In the past I’d only see friends through school, a school function/club, or work. I gotta work on that. I also need most of my friends’ numbers since my phone got stolen last November. Maybe another New Year’s resolution to add to the list: Learn to be more sociable and see my friends instead of hiding away in my own little world.

Yeah, it’s still a little hard to go out after what happened, but even still, I’ve always been shitty at keeping in contact with friends and just hanging out.
Ah yes, SEQAlab. Gotta get back to that. I didn’t go last week because of some work I had to get done, and because SCAD is being stupid and aren’t printing Alumni ID cards until this or next week.

Very good resolution! Maybe I joined too many things in life; but, that was/is my way of networking. My 1.5 cents . . . . get out there and mingle.
