Bike riding is my number one way of getting any exercise and I haven’t riden my bike in over a month. Thus my lungs burning after a ride. I gotta get back with it.
Listen to the podcast. We do shows two times a week.

Your lungs might have felt like they were burning if you were biking in cold weather. Being from Buffalo I know you must cover your month if exercersing when it is cold outside. I trust you get cold weather in Savannah. Agree that exercising it good for the body, sould and mind. Glad to see you are wearing your helmet when riding your bike.

At least you have flat terrain. Here it’s all hills, and I thought I was in shape back in Savannah, going to and fro to classes until I had to bike up 75 degree angle hills back home.
The cold does make it worse though.

Hey, I may appear on the skinny side, but I’m sure my arteries are among the worst arteries in the WORLD. I’m surprised that I’m still alive, sometimes.
