no, you don't get two pizzas anymore. BUT you can get a large peperoni or cheese pizza for only five bucks.

I so miss the square pizza.

This, coupled with seeing "Little Caesar's" trash lying around town, confirms my beliefs.
There IS a Little Caesar's somewhere in town (anditmayormaynotbetherealgod).

I remember going to daycare and they used to have pizza nights where we'd all get to bring our PJs and stay up 'super late' (9:00pm) and eat Little Caesars pizza. I hated everything about pizza night, 'cept the pizza.

Now after living in NY for a few months... I can't even eat the stuff chains pull off as 'pizza' now. With the exception of Ynot pizza here in Virginia Beach. If you ever find yourself down here... go there. They're awesome.

Local secret: Chicho's pizza is fantastic as well. Only if you like spicy food though. http://chichospizza.com/

GREAT!
When Little Ceasar's first came to Willow Grove,
they had BIG, tasty pizzas @ a lower price than other pizzaria's,
AND it was ALWAYS FRESH and TASTY!!!
It was a GREAT bargain,
but then...
their pies grew smaller....
and prises rose!... :-(
Next time I'm in Savannah, make sure we go to Little Ceasar's!

We used to have a number of of Little Caesars in Rockville and the Beltsville area when I was growing up. When they all started to close around the same time, I just assumed the chain was closing, since we also had a lot of Jerry's in the area and they were kind of better and did a lot more business. Do you still get two pizzas?

The food I relate to most in regards to my childhood is those made by my mother... The rice balls, the spaghettis, the cous-cous... Growing up in North Africa, food was mostly hand made... That said, I do have a few memories of youth foods outside of home... Unfortunately, they were usually not at chain restaurants... I won't be able to test them out again I guess. I do experience the "gap" in memory by changing countries, and getting used the local standard, and losing the longing for the food abroad (now local). Not exactly a gap but more of the power of becoming accustomed to something, and the exaggerating stimulus of being away.

The food that I relate to my youthful days is Buffalo Chicken (hot and spicey)wings served with bleu cheese and celery stalks and Friday nite fish fries. When you lived in Pittsburgh did you ever have a Primanti Bros sandwich located at the "Strip"? Then again, when you lived near Philly didn't you have a Pat's Philly Steak. Boy, I am getting hungry at 7:00AM!
