Like everywhere in Savannah, it wasn't far from some relatively sketchy areas, but we never had any trouble. Like absolutely none. Later we heard that it was safe because of this cranky old guy who lived on our block that supposedly kept watch over the area like 24/7... THEN of course our next house (on Broad) was broken into, had our cars broken into, not to mention bled on, and eventually collapsed. And the place after that (on Park) was alright, as long as you didn't mind bricks being thrown at your door from time to time...but that was pretty rare.
