Actually, it's similar to what I do for my running training. Instead of doing too much at once, and never being able to continue it for weeks or months, I focus on doing bits per day, like that, I actually get shit done. Procrastination for me comes from over-expectation of the work ahead, and an over-estimation of the time ahead. Limiting the work load and/or the work time should indeed help the mind settle itself onto the path of productivity...

The timer thing is a good ideal maybe i will try that with my way and see if i can get some extra crap i need to get done.
