So after the lease is up here in May (or June if we get the lease extended to time it better with the end of the school year) Andy and Sabrina will be getting a place of their own and Amy and I will be getting our own place as well. Amy and I have been thinking about doing this anyway for a while, but Andy beat us to the punch.

There’s no bad blood, it is just our lifestyles do clash in many ways and this will be much better for everyone.

That being said, anyone know of either a large one bedroom or ok-sized two bedroom place for under $750 and close to a major SCAD building and in a safe (or safer) part of town here in Savannah? Amy and I need a place to live starting in May or June. Any help or leads would be AWESOME.
