inkdick: june 17 2009 impact

Only a man as great as Sweetwater could have a lasting impact on someone after just ONE meeting. It’s also amazing to think about how many people overall Sweetwater has impacted and will continue to impact through the legacy that he left.

I never met the guy and he had an impact one me through the people he inspired such as you, Thomas, Martin and just a lot of other people I’m discovering that have some connection to him. It’s truly amazing and it is a sad thing to realize that he wont be able to inspire the many great minds to come.

True facts, Pranas. I think it’s possibly one of the most inspiring things we can take from his death — suddenly realising just how many people he helped and touched and changed in such a short time! I’m really in awe of the man for everything that he managed to do.

Every death is always a great loss. I only know of Sweetwater from your comics, but hell, it’s still a massive shock. I hope everyone’s alright. He’s resting peacefully now.
