inkdick: june 22 2009 good-bye, sweetwater
Well over one hundred people came. Some SCAD folk, some newspaper folk, some family and friend folk, even some folk who only knew him from the podcast. All of us dressed in non-beach wear walked down to the waterfront en masse like some crazy cult, confusing the hell out of the beach goers. I know Sweetwater would be tickled pink that his final act in this world was to ruin everybody’s day at the beach. Man…what an asshole.
Good-bye, Sweetwater. I’ll miss you.

It never felt real until that moment in the second panel, it hurt, and felt like a relief, all at the same time.
This is a beautiful comic man.

This is excellently done, definitely very emotional, and I can’t lie it made me weep like a little girl. Your explanation was spot on, it’s beautiful.

Beautifully done; both the comic and your sentiments.

Man, I watched the videos and it was just like seeing it all over again. The strip really has an intimacy to it. Great work Natchatoolas.
