I’ve been doing Wii Fit for almost 2 months and I find that screaming obscenities at the jerky, passive-aggressive trainers when they say things like “You’re a little unsteady,” or “You’re shaking a little” helps a lot.
I also like yelling at the little board thing when it wants to know why I gained weight.
Trust me, the yelling helps.
That totally sounds like me when I use it. “Your legs are shaking, you’re a little unsteady” “NO KIDDING.” Some of those yoga poses, man, they are HARD to hold…

Ouch! Hrmmm… hope Amy’s good with splints, hehe.
I’ve never tried WiiFit, but I have yet to hear anyone complain about it. I guess it must really do its job.

The WiiFit boxing will totally eff up your arms the first few times, too.
