You know, I’m not a huge HP fan (that would be my wife) but they’re not bad books, and I’m not ashamed to say I really enjoy reading them. The movies are alright; they’ve got some entertaining value (4th movie is my favorite).
@Isaac A whole series of comics starring my 14 year old self would just be the 3rd panel above over and over again but with different text. I was a very angry 14 year old who wore nothing but Hawaiian shirts and tattered second-hand Army jackets. Maybe THAT is why I never got laid in high school…

Third Harry Potter movie is the best one. Alfonso is the only director to capture the real magic potential of that series.

I love the sixth Harry Potter movie, and to your fourteen year old self- Give mainstream a chance every now and then.
