Every job I’ve had has tried to condition me to feel bad for leaving, like saying that I owe them for the training they’ve given me. But all of those jobs has also had no problem with letting me go when it came down to the budget. So it’s never as big a deal as they want you to think it is.
Really, most places can have you replaced with in the day, specially with the economy.. It’s always nice to realize they never cared anyways if you or some other peon worked there

They never need us as much as we think they should.
