To put your mind at ease my feet don’t get numb anymore like this. I think it may have been a mix of the extreme cold and standing on my feet all day at work.
Still, I need to start watching my diet and exercising.
dude, even if it has stopped, i’d talk to a doctor. i know a guy with ‘ultra-coagulative’ blood…means it likes to clot fast, and it’s very thick. he had a problem ealier this year with numb feet, the circulation to them eventually cut off entirely, and he was in a world of hurt. i don’t mean to freak you out, but yeah, you should speak with someone. (also, tonic water helps to thin blood, might try drinking more…)
I have type 1 diabetes. Numb feet would not be your first symptom whatsoever. You would experience frequent urination, fatigue, hunger, thirst, or vision problems before you experienced circulation problems.

AMEN to diet and exercise. That is my continuing mantra, too.

Your probably just sitting around too much, or in a funny position, without realizing it.

Is there any disease with a name worse than DIE-a-BETES? You should have it checked out. Type 2 diabetes can produce unusual symptoms.
