Only decent thing was the visual. Decent. Not good/great, and the story was overly done.

I got more of a generic romantic comedy vibe then a Pocahontas one. Guy pretends to be something he’s not, falls in love with girl he’s tricking, truth comes out, girls feels betrayed, but everything works out for them in the end.

You know, that “at first it was a ruse, but then I fell in love” thing, plus floating mountains.

3-D effect NOT overused (like having things propelled at you),

My friend told me prior to seeing this film that it was Ferngully, only live action…sort of. Even without that “spoiler” I sat through the film going, my god, this is Ferngully, what was Mr. Cameron thinking?
