rig up a loft thing above your computer so you can climb up there, draw, maybe install a slide to get down and have some fun with it. You won’t be on the floor AND it’d be frickin’ sweet! You could even have cubbies for your art supplies up there!
I heard that Mike Wieringo used to draw like that after he screwed up his back, probably from too many years hunched over a drawing board. If he could do it, I don’t see why you can’t.
I’m not going to draw on my stomach forever because a) it eventually hurts my back after too long and b) I can’t work large format or ink while laying down. It’s just okay for sketching little things.

Todd McFarlane draws in his closet on his stomach, and aparently has his whole life.

just get a really large drawing board and lay it on the floor and lay on it. just make sure to watch where you put your inks
