june 21 2010 lego star wars
My mom sent me the LEGO Star Wars Visual Dictionary. I forgot how awesome LEGO are, but I also forgot how expensive they are. But if you like Star Wars and LEGO, it’s a worthwhile book to buy and is less expensive than the actual LEGO sets themselves. And if you order it by clicking that link, I might make a few bucks via Amazon’s referral program. Hey, I’m a cartoonist, so I’ll do almost anything for a few bucks! No, I won’t do that, so get your head out of the gutter!

that’s exactly how I feel whenever I get the nostalgic desire to play with legos. I just need a huge tub of ‘em like my parents used to have. Then I could just go to TOWN with those bad boys.

haha!!! yes, LEGOs are awesome. I think the best deal is when you just get a huge box of mystery pieces at a garage sale. :D

check ebay for people who try to sell a giant ass bag of legos. usually you get cool looking legos too, like from specific sets you wouldnt have purchased otherwise. my friend is a lego nerd, so i know this.

As much as I love LEGO (especially the Batcave that came out a year or so ago), I don’t remember them being so damn expensive.

Sean Williams, they were that damn expensive. Even before the recession, they cost a lot of money. But to me, they were worth it. In fact, I still have my old Legos, and have no plans of giving them up.
